There’s an old adage in journalism that applies equally to marketing: show, don’t tell.
Customers aren’t going to respond to the same old clichés. Nor are they interested in why you think your business is better than the rest.
But show them someone in the same boat as they are and you’ll grab their attention. Tell them a story that demonstrates how your business helped a client solve a problem or let them do their job better and they’ll want to know more.
Give them information they can use: How can they get the most out of your products or services? What should they look for in a service provider? What are the latest trends in your industry and how will it affect them?
Your own content can engage your customers and position you as a leader – and keep them coming back.
